    Would be more helpful to know what this switch is connected too and what devices are connected to this switch and what kind of CAT# cabling is being used.

    sounds like you connected it to a modem and not a router. 

    Whats it connected to?

    Reads like you are connecting the switch to a system only allowing one device, and issue one IP address by DHCP only. Typical for certain Internet connection like cable modems for example as mentioned before. Talk to your ISP, or consider adding a NAT router to this unknown infrastructure.

     

    Not a problem caused by the GS105NA switch, much more a limitation by e.g. your ISP or the router you connect it to.
