XS505M, how to fixate port link speed via CLI command?

I want to set one of the 5 ports e.g. 0/6 to different fixed link speeds for testing auto detection of connected devices.

The switch has an internal UART connection accepting CLI commands.

What is the full command to set port 0/6 to e.g. 100Mb, full duplex | half duplex?

I tried following: interface ethernet 0/6 speed 100M duplex-full, and variants of that command, but it always returns an error message

Even if there is kind of a CLI - it's neither tested, workable, nor supported or documented in any aspect.
