2 Ports on the same VLAN

Hello, and thank you for the response. I found out the problem, under port membership only port one was checked. After checking the other ports we're green across the board. Thanks again!

Welcome to the community!
If you only have the default configuration and did not created any VLAN Profiles, then they should be able to communicate since they are part of the same network. If you do have created multiple VLANs on the router/firewall, go to Network Configuration > LAN Settings and check your VLAN Profiles (see image below for reference):
See the port membership and also, if you want to VLANs talking to each other "Enable Inter-VLAN Routing" is an option:
