BR500 Router reset to factory defaults settings after click power OFF bottom and ON again

Hi,it take me time to figure out that the problem is the settings is return to default ,why this happean to this router?I am with BR500 Last firmware , there will be other firmware soon that fix that ?&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks .
