BR500 router upgrade firmware to 5.5.0.1 from 5.1.0.15 no longer connects to Insight
BR500 router upgrade firmware to 5.5.0.1 from 5.1.0.15 and it no longer connects to Insight Cloud. One thing I did notice when I went to look in the logs was the BR500 was reporting dates of May 31, 2017 yesterday and June 1, 2017 today. My first inclination is to try to put 5.5 update on again.

What is the LED on the BR500 for the cloud icon? Can you log into the local GUI of the BR500 and verify for me the firmware the router is reporting on? If you cannot connect to Insight, do you still receive an IP address from the BR500 device as well as connect on the internet?
The Cloud console light is not on. Interesting thing is last night it reported firmware as 5.5.0.1, but when I just logged into the LAN GUI it is now showing firmware v5.1.0.15. I'm attaching some png files with the post
