VPN service is back up and running at this time. You should not experience any issues. If you do, please let me know and we can open a support case to further troubleshoot.

That is correct, a final fix is not yet in place, however, it is getting 24/7 monitoring and high-scruitiny. Including additional server space and proactive rebooting until it's resolved. In the past 4 days there has been a total of <1 hr of downtime accross all regions.

Any update on the final fix? This has been going on for over a month. Again, I am hesitant to re-install until after the final fix is in place.
