What issues are you experiencing with the VPN on the BR500?
I was trying to do lolipop type SSL VPN, where the WAN port and LAN ports are in the same subnet. See the follow ing architecture.
/ --- [VPN Router]
(internet) -- - [ ISP Router ] --- (LAN) -- [ Servers, hosts, etc]
Which is easily doable in Zyxel USG40/60.
