Hi all I've been encountering problems, when I go on websites like xbox.com it says my Netgear firewall is blocking it with a black background and red lettering and on my xbox I can't watch video app...
Generally this means you need to setup port forwarding from what I have experienced with my xbox and Netgear devices.

Most of the time that is the only need they need to do. I have seen cases before where firewalls are too strict for thier consoles. But since it possible he accessed it through web browser, we also need to check if he had setup content filtering.
