FVG318 firmware V2.1.2-67R huge problems
Hi' everyone,
Up till yesterday I had the following equipment attached to the router, and everything worked OK:
Wireless:
1 PC
2 iPads
2 Cell phones
Port 1-4
2 PC's
1 Satellite-receiver
1 Slingbox
Everything gained an IP-adress and had internet access, no problems!
Then it suddenly stopped working and I had to reset both the modem and the FVG318. I've done that several times, and it always solves the problem, only not this time. I've tried almost everything (reset the FVG318 to factory defaults, changing cables to another port, etc. etc.)
The ONLY way I currently can gain access to the internet is by starting a Cisco VPN client ver. 4.7.00.0533 on one of the PC's !!??
I'm totally in the dark here (NOT an expert), so I desperately need help.
PS: The DHCP part of FVG318 still works 100%, everything connected get's an internal IP-adress, but NO internet access!

- Did you lower it down the firmware and see result is the same?
Did you try any of pc with google dns and see if the traffic is there? - Hi' June,
By the help of a friend I found out that by resetting to factory defaults, the "Enable DSN proxy" was also enabled. Disabling this solved the problem. Thanks a lot for your reply.
