FVS318N Login Issue
I have bricked my firwall after a factory reset, After a reboot it seems to boot normaly but nothing works (only as a hup) Now i can nolonger access the device, I am not able to telnet or web acce...

I am not able to open an online case or upload documents
I can call or open a chat
I do have the proof of purchase, but did not register the firewall as the equipment has been used on different places by different people
