FVS338 not responding on https
Hi,
I have a FVS338 on the field which I could not access for now. For few days now we lost the VPN tunnels to this box. What I can do now is:
ping the public address
telnet the public address: but after login, nothing appends (not the same beavior if I enter wrong password)
I have a timeout if I try to connect trough https with public address
Is there any way to reset this box ?

- Not without going to the location.
- Have some power cycle the router and if that do not help that you have to visit the site
