How Could I do Hard Reset to BR500 Router Device ?
How many types of resets can be made to the device other than resetting through the site interface?

Not sure why you are asking this here, but of course I think I have an idea...

It depends if it's locally managed only or Insight integrated.

Local only, never on Insight: RT*M Insight Instant VPN Router BR500 User Manual p.107, Use the Reset Button 8-)
Insight Managed: Well, if attempting the "Use the Reset Button" or the "Erase the settings" (that's excluded in your query why ever), the device will be factory reset. However, the Day Zero config and with a possible Internet access, it will probably connect to the Insight cloud, and bang, wonders of cloud technology, ... the reset will be undone, the previous config is back. Cool, isn't it?
So if you want to get rid of it*, or re-purpose for another site or project: First remove the device from Insight ... then do the reset (or it's already done once it's removed, so do it again) as shown above.
Do you have other factory reset "features" in mind?
