Internet disconnecting every 15 minutes (and home setup question)

We connected the computer directly to the cable modem and it was doing the same thing, so we replaced the cable modem and looks like it is working much better now. No more loss of connection on the WAN side. Thank you very much for your help, you are the best!

Hi BobC99,
Let us isolate the problem. Disconnect the FVS336Gv2 from the modem then connect a PC directly to the modem, are you able to go online just fine?

Thank you, I will try this. The router is at another location so I cannot get to it until friday so I will try it then. I do have remote access to it though if I can do anything before that time, please tell me? BTW it seems to go down only when we are using it, I was pinging it over night, when it was not being used and it seemed to be fine...
