I don't remember that this issues with changing the primary LAN subnet to other than default ..
When you reserve on the router with Mac address, I recommend to reboot the router and also the PC as well. On windows ipconfig /release /renew command may work but sometime don't. On Mac , usually when I reserve on mac address, it usually able to renew on the spot.
It's been a while using 3366 but because I have don't so many lab testing on my rack which are getting dusty but I personally had crazy issues...
