It appears Netgear has sold the public on their vision of a Dream Performance that cannot be realized without several more Firmware Updates for the BR500 Insight Instant VPN Router/Firewall. While we subscribed to the "Dream" solicited by Netgear after conducting a thorough investigation of their competitors products, we hope this "Dream" won't take another year to obtain via Firmware Updates. Looks like we are going to have to use some non-Netgear equipment to keep our current network SAFE and OPERATIONAL. As a small business owner I feel deceived, but recognize Netgear is not the only vendor putting undeveloped products on the street. This is not a sales transaction but a clever method of obtaining Venture Capital for product development, but the product never gets developed. We'll share this experience, on the global theme, with the Trump Administration's Department of Consumer Affairs.
