Logging not working
I want to log what IP is banging on a particular port. I have an inbound rule forwarding that port. I have Log Always on for that rule. In the logging configuration I did have just Accepted Wan to Lan checked but for debugging purposed I checked all boxes for Accepted and Denied. I then make use of the port forward to create some activity on it. Nothing shows up in the logs about it. Nothing at all in that time period.

Let's isolate the problem. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. What is the Inbould rule you have configured? Kindly post a screenshot of the Inbound rule you have set up as well as the portion of the Logs that it does not show up.
b. What is the current firmware version of your SRX5308?
c. Have you tried to set "Never" then set it again to "Log Always" on that specific Inbound rule? If not yet, kindly try it then check if same problem occurs.
d. Have you tried to disable then re-enable that specific Inbound rule then check if same problem occurs?
e. Have you tried to reboot the SRX5308 then check if same problem occurs?
