Memory leak

I have located a Memory leak in my system associated with the following Greenbow driver(s) with tags identified via Poolmon.exe as TgBj and TgBi. I have windows 10, 64bit. These drivers are filling up my 16GB of nonpooled page memory until my system crashes after abount 48 hours. Please can you fix.

Here is the offending driver.

TGBVPNVirtM.sys

Here is a snapshot of the Poolmon.exe on my system - I cannot identify the Mdl tag as there are too many drivers with the string mdl included.

No. Netgear support didn’t respond as I had hoped. They offered to work with me to get connected which was not the issue, and wanted me to do copious testing to which I declined as I am now CFO of a company (with some old IT knowledge) & I wanted them to research & fix. So all I do now is watch my non paged pool and when it gets to around 3-4gb I reboot. I also exit my rdp session on the remote computer when I’m done and sometimes close the tunnel. This stops the leak from growing overnight eg. Overall I wish they would patch & fix, but they didn’t seem interested enough or didn’t understand the issue was that I was reporting a flaw.

Damn. I think we're better off going through Greenbow as it is their driver that is causing the problem. Netgear is just licensing it for their use. I downloaded their latest version which had a slightly newer driver and I'm doing some testing. So far my NP pool hasn't grown to immense size, but those tags are still at the top and growing.
