Welcome to the community!
At this point, it is best to contact our Support Team and have them take a look at your settings. If your FVS318N is running on factory defaults and you are getting a very low bandwidth then there is something wrong with the router. I believe you mean Mb instead of Gb for the UL and DL speeds.
