Hi, We have a 50MB Fibre Connection and use the FVS336G with the WAN Port set to 1000 Full Duplex however on our client PC's we only recieve a download speed of 30MBps Upload/Download but I get a 50M...

Yes, I agree. Unfortunately DSL is the only thing available here. However, the speed when the computer is connected to the modem is almost the same as when it is connected to the firewall.
