I got this from another forum.
Set your PC to the MAC of the at&t GW, clone it, then put it back.
It worked great.

it does indeed allow cloning the MAC from the LAN attached device - being a computer, or for example your old router while connecting the computer to control it t the old router LAN.
Why ever, there is no support for manually typing a MAC address why ever. YeZ another shortcoming to fix - what might be fine for a consumer router isn't sufficient here.
