Port Not Open

Are you referring to the entries like 192.168.0.91:5060? Those are required for our SIP phone system to work. When we did not have the entries in that format the system did not work.
I did create a custom service for IMAP4 like you suggested. The port now shows open when I scan with ShieldsUP. Using the existing IMAP3 service the port showed closed.
I can internally now connect to my mail server using Thunderbird, when before I could not.
I have not tested externally.
