Problems with SRX5308 and Avaya 4621swip VPN phones
Hi guys,
not new, but never posted anything that i know of or remember??
anyways, i have the SRX5308 and just updated the firmware to the 4.3.4-1 version. the router seems to be working, but im not sure if its the router or phone system giving me any problems?
my set up is as follows...
SRX5308 only used for "remote" phones (Avaya 4621swip running VPN software......(theres only 3 phones connect at the time. Actually 2 phones connect, but i cant get the 3rd phone to connect....so i thinik?). this is the problem.... i need all 3 phones to work.
i have set up an VPN policy that the phones uses...
192.168.43.0 / 255.255.255.0
i have set up an IKE policy for each user/VPN phone
i have created users for the VPN phones with user name and password
when i pulg the phones in, they create and build the IPSec tunnel, and long story shortk, the router shows 3 IPSec connetion. this is the point when im not sure if the router is blocking anything, or the phone system is the problem? Not sure? i was just wondering if anyone has set up something like this? Or do i need to maybe try to set up "Mode Config"???? im not sure at this point?
anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated....

Hi kyleb1,
Since the two Avaya IP phones are working then I think there is something on the configuration of the 3rd Avaya IP phone that should be checked.
I'm not sure if it will help. However, let me share the articles below as references:
