Someone try to access my computer, how can I find out from firewall log?

The firewall logs will help you checked routing events such as dropped and accepted packets or check system events such as a change of time by an NTP server, secure login attempts, and reboots. There is no option to see logs on who or what is being accessed in your PC. Kindly read pages 362-366 of the SRX5308 reference manual here about Configure Logging, Alerts, and Event Notifications.
The best way to check if ever your PC is being really hacked is you install anti-virus or used Wireshark. Let me share the link below I found online which might be helpful to you:

Furthermore, I suggest you to refrain from opening e-mails from an unknown sender as well as opening unknown links or websites on your PC. Also, whenever you log in to your personal accounts such as e-mails or social media accounts using a browser, I suggest you to use incognito window (or In Private Browsing) so that your credentials will not be remembered or cached.
