SRX5308 can't access WAN 2

That's correct, during testing it does roll over to WAN 2. The "Internet" LED comes up in Amber (which is a signal of a 100Mbps connection - that's fine). However no data is being received.
I've confirmed that there is definitely a signal coming into the 4G router and that it sending packets. I've tested this by plugging it into a stand alone PC and getting a connection with 0 issues.
So my assumption is that this a connection issue at entry to WAN 2.
