UTM10 firmware fails to download
Firmware downloading...0% and stuck. It's current version 1.0.29.4 so I need to upograde to 1.3.7 before I can do a manual update - any ideas

Looking into this link: http://downloadcenter.netgear.com/en/product/UTM10#searchResults - I cannot see firmware v1.3.7 on the list of firmwares anymore. However, if you have already downloaded firmware v1.3.7, then kindly proceed by firmware update manually. Also, if ever you do not have a copy of firmware v1.3.7 then you may want to jump to firmware v1.3.14.0 as listed.

Here's a screenshot from the Admin page - the problem is that the early versions of the firmware do not support manual upgrades so I have to upgrade via the automated function. Clicking query displays the versions you see so presumably they are somewhere. The problem is that they won't download.
