VPN Client

I purchased 20 VPN clients many years ago.   Many of these were installed on laptops that have since crashed.  I was not able to uninstalll the client, so when I tried to install after replacing the laptop, I get an error messasge stating all licenses are in use.  How can I get them reactivated.

  • Could you please check if you can login Insight account, remove some of VPN users/clients that are not in use. Then reinvite new users to see if you can add users/devices back? Thanks.
