VPNGo1L Professional Client License missing in ABOUT
A company laptop using the VPN Client Professional license for over 2 years. We are replacing the laptop so I need to uninstall the client to release the KEY for the VPN Client professional software and install the license to the new laptopr.
PROBLEM IS: In the client management ?, ABOUT screen neither the registered user (angelom@comcast.net) nor the sererial number are displayed . Nothing shows in the box this info should be listed in.
Without knowing the license KEY I can't write down the key for reuse on the new laptop.
How can I detect the license key? Is there a file I can copy to the new laptop? How can I discover the key without it being displayed in the ABOUT window?
Foot Note: I see in my registered products the following Licensed product.
Product: VPNG01L
Serial Number Begins With : 3045336F54724E4369XXXXXX (Not Shown for Security Reasons)
Country of Purchase: United States
Purchased on: 2017-02-15
I beleive this may be the license that needs to be recoverered for use on the new laptop.

May you be able to send me via private message the serial number and email address that you registered on your VPN Client? Let us see if we can pull out the license key on this information.
