Hello there ! I've an issue with my wac104 .. I lost all the information about it so I reset it and wanted to follow the installation steps in the manual. But when it comes to go to 192.168.0.100...

Kindly try to disconnect the WAC104 from the existing network. Then, connect a PC directly to the WAC104. Be sure to set a static IP address on the PC that is within the IP address range of the WAC104. Check if you can get replies when you ping the IP Address of the WAC104. If you are getting replies, follow the steps in the article below:
