Add WNAP210 v2's to Business Central
Hello All,
a few months ago I purchased 3 WNAP210 's, and 2 days ago I created a Busines Central 90 day
free trial account.
I would like to add the access points to " the cloud". So far no luck. Whatever I try, after filling out the serial nr, the device goes
in " waiting" and that"s it.
I can connect via wireless to the access point and access the internet, so I would say the device is online.
In the logs of the access point, I do see this EM saying it's trying to register on a https site on port 443 and this fails
( I don't have the exact EM at the moment), could this service be down?
I tried at a few different locations on various networks, nothing helps.
Also, on the access point, I configured time settings, also did not help.
On the bottom of the Business Central page, there's is a feedback button, so I sent a message that way as well, but did nog
get a reply
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Greetings, J
Hi jameslast
Can you please check the firmware version on the AP? Latest is 3.5.20.0. Please upgrade to this and try.

One thing I would like to add.
When logging in to the acces point and clicking on the connect to the cloud link, I get a blank page.
Nothing more.

Hello All,
what I'm now seeing on the AP is:
Oct 26 08:56:04 pal[3919]: connecting to https://gcom.wireless.netgear.com:443
Oct 26 08:56:04 pal[3919]: Waiting to connect - count : 1 - exponent : 1 - activation interval : 2 secondsSo no more EM. Still in Business Central console, the access point is still on " waiting".
greetings, J.
