Can’t change country of operation on WAX214

Hi,

 

I need to change the country of operation of my wax214 AP, from usa to canada. The user manual explains how to change it from the wireless menu. However, the country drop-down is disabled on my device, therefore i cannot change it. Note: i have tried it while connected to the config-only SSID as well as my personal SSID and i have the same issue.

    If you purchased the WAX214 from USA, then the country of operation cannot be changed.  There is nothing to "fix" here because the only solution here is to purchase the WAX214 in Canada.
