Hi Dane, thank's for your answer,
There has been no change in our network structure since, at least, a year. The problem seeming to be less than a quarter old.
Neither physically (except new PC clients of course), nor for the firmwares.
The netgear firmwares have been updated to the 3.7.11.4 version after the beginning of the problem, the 2022-10-05.
The same day i've disconnected the syslog, the syslog server being flooded by the error messages.
The router behaves slowly, but the integrated network integrity test is OK.
Both WNDAP (included one WNDAP620, not impacted by the failures yet) are on a side wall.
The installation is spreaded between two floors, one on the first, the other on the second floor. Each one is linked on a different switch : 1 HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1820 48G, 1 HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1820 24G, these switched being uplinked by a 1Gb fiber..
The 48G being linked to the Internet via a 20 mb/s fiber link.
And i've checked that there was no drift in the clocks of the differents devices.
Regards
Olivier

Thank you for your response.
Just to verify, the wireless connection is slow on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?
Let us try to change the wireless channel on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz and observe if it will help.
Kindly try to unsecure the SSID on both 2.4Ghz and 5GHz then check if the wireless connection is still slow.
Try to reboot WNDAP360 then observe if the same problem will occur.

Hello DaneA,
Yes, whatever the channel or the frequencies used, the communication is slow.
But not only the communication: the management interface, in http, used on the wired connection, is itself very slow.
It freezes for seconds before accepting the connection, or displaying the logs, which is not the case with the WNDAP620.
I'll be on the road next week, so I won't be able to follow that case.

Let us try to perform a factory reset on your WNDAP360 then reconfigure the settings from scratch and observe if the same problem will occur.
