Device "Unmanaged" (Access Point) after updating iphone app

Has anyone experienced this issue?

I've tried Netgear support but not getting anywhere fast with that.

 

I have four devices all bought at the same time - three of them are still working fine but one of them now says "unmanaged" on Insight app and also on the "my account " page on the website.

Another post mentioned "Purchase Order History" on the account page with a screenshot too - but I can't find that anywhere on my account this afternoon. Can someone explain where that might be?

    I don't think the website is half as intuitive as it could be - I couldn't find that on my own..

    Nothing that could stop you from temporary removing the device, and re-add ....

    The Purchase Order history (doubt you see something related to the WAX departing from the management) is accessible under the Account Management ...
