Several WAC540 showing as "unmanaged" in insight
Hello,
We have a lot of devices and some of them (WAC540 apparently) are no longer showing as "connected" in insight.
When I log onto the device it still says "insight mode"

I can reboot them from insight so their still managed in a way....
I tried to remove one of those devices from insight, and well, bad idea... I can't add it back
rebooting also does not help.
No weird firewall rules, it does not even work via a 100% open internet access.
I tried, reseting it, downgrading, well anything I could think of...
Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Ditto - same symptoms have just started here for me too.
This time a GC110P switch.
Shows as "unmanaged" even though the switch locally clearly says it's Insight managed.
Can be rebooted from the Insight interface, but that's about it. Can't access any other settings.
I noticed this in the local browser interface:
Given the common timing I'm guessing it's a problem on the Netgear Insight platform end. I haven't changed anything at all on my end and power cycling hasn't made a difference.
bobranks I found the issue. Insight device credits had expired.
In my Netgear account:
I purchased another device credit pack and it came back within 30 secs. I also did a reboot afterwards to be sure.
You'd THINK Netgear would give you a heads-up that a credit had expired rather than just disconnecting your device...
