Email Settings for syslog not saving - WC7500
Email Settings for syslog not saving - WC7500 - tried different browsers - cleared cache - entered details - hit apply - looks ok - navigate away - come back - it has reverted to asterisks. Any ideas...

Kindly post a screenshot of the settings you have configured.
Kindly try to reboot the WC7500.
What is the current firmware version of the WC7500?

Hi
The Model is WC7500
The firmware is: Firmware version: 6.5.3.9
I have blanked out the email address for security.
After hitting apply, everything looks ok - I then navigate away from the page and come back to it and it has lost my entries.
The menu is under Configuration, System, Alerts/Logs, Email Setup
I have enabled syslog under Configuration, System, Alerts/Logs, Logs/Syslog
I have set parameters for severity and to send E-mail to my email address under Configuration, System, Alerts/Logs, Alarms.

I suggest you to update the firmware from v6.5.3.9 to v6.5.5.24 then check if the same problem will occur. You can download WC7500 firmware v6.5.5.24 here.
