How do I remove add-on C from WC7520? for use with wndap360
It would not let me add this question without picking one of the predefined models from the list. However I am using the WC7520 with wndap350 and 360 APs I purchased a used WC7520 to add as a red...

I checked the license key on the WC7520 and it was still there. Clicking the refresh button did nothing. I rebooted it and checked it again with the same results. So I went to Maintenance > Licensing > Advanced then clicked the Replace Button. The 10-AP license key was then removed.
Once the license key was removed I Set-up redundancy without any issues. The redundancy failover works beautifully.
Thank you for all of you help with this, it is greatly appreciated!

I just want to follow-up. On the web-GUI of the 2nd hand WC7520, go to Maintenance > License > Inventory then click on the Refresh button. Check if the 10-AP license key has been deactivated already. Be reminded that once the 10-AP license key has been revoked, it cannot be undone anymore. Also, check if you can now set-up redundancy on your two WC7520.

I have checked and the 10-AP license key has not been deactivated yet. Once deactivated I will attempt to setup redundancy again.
As for the extra licenses, I have no need for them. I currently controlling 7 APs and at the most will have 12 well within the limits of the base unit.
Thanks for all your help with this.

I follow-up with the higher tier of NETGEAR Support and it is confirmed that the 10-AP license key on your 2nd hand WC7520 has been deactivated already. Make sure that your 2nd hand WC7520 is connected to your network that has an internet connection. Then, login again to the web-GUI of the 2nd hand WC7520. Go to Maintenance > License > Inventory then click on the Refresh button. Double-check if the 10-AP license key has been deactivated. Afterwards, check if you can now set-up redundancy on your two WC7520.
