How to access the Device is npt accessble but its working
Device is working but unbale to get the IP to get login to the device

Not much to start from. Please provide more details like which Netgear model (one might guess you talk of a Wireless Access Point), what router, and what systems (PC, Notebook, Mobile, ...) you operate - as much insight as possible please.

Welcome to the community!
You may want to check your Router/Firewall attached devices to check the IP address of the NETGEAR device you are trying to access. A 3rd party software called Advanced IP Scanner would also help. Also, you may want to share the model of your NETGEAR device as schumaku suggested.
