How to Enable the netgear Insight subscription

Question

I recently purchased the WAX630E AP and on the box it say it comes with 1 year subscription.

On my account after the registration I can only see one month. can some one please advise how can i enable this service.

Hi,Send an image of the subscription period stated on the box along with the serial number of the device at Netgear support email. They'll be able to check the status and update it with the yearly subscription, or advise you further.
