How to move Licenses from one WLAN-Controller to another

Hello out there, we have some WLAN Controllers WC9500 and WC7600V2 in different locations and some Licenses for the accesspoints. Now we have the Problem to move Licenses between those locations.  ...

    The AP licenses cannot be transferred from one wireless controller to another wireless controller.
