Known AP list issue with WAX610 andWAX620

Hi,

I'm experiencing issues (bug?) with the known AP list in the WAX610&WAX620 web configuration portal.

I don't known since which version the regression has occurred but I'm still having this issue using v10.8.6.3 on all wifi APs.

The issue is that if I update the known AP list & apply, the known AP are not listed.

Step to reproduce:

1/ management->Configuration->Security->Neighbor AP->2.4GHz (same issue with 5 GHz)

2/ Go to Unknown AP list

3/ Select some APs

4/ Click on "Move to known AP list"

5/ Go to Known AP list: the added APs are correctly listed

6/ Click on "Apply"

7/ Once applied, the known AP list does not display any more known AP MAC address, SSID, channel neither RSSI

Thanks

Regards

Looks like a local issue on these APs, related to the local management, and the option to manually mark known other APs. It's just a pointer, the data is certainly on the AP, just not displayed accordingly. Convinced YeZ and his team will take care of this.

In fact, this is a very niche function in the Netgear Insight world, where the Known Access Point list is automatically populated based on the really known APs in the same management domain.

    Hi kazh

Thanks for pointing out this issue. We are able to reproduce this issue in our testbeds. We will address this in upcoming releases.

    Regards,

    Pramendra
