Hi kmsri,
Welcome to the community! :)
Let's isolate the problem. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. If you connect your PC directly to your modem, are you able to go online just fine?
b. Is your modem a modem-router combination or a modem-only device?
c. What is the current firmware version of your SRXN3205?
d. Have you tried to factory reset your SRXN3205 then reconfigure it from scratch and check if same problem occurs?
I look forward for your response.

Thank You Dane..
The Firmware Version is 3.0.6-25
I tried upgrading this to the later version - but the download that I get from Netgear seems corrupted and the upgrade does not go through and gets interrupted again and again.
Please let me know the next steps

Hi kmsri,
Are to trying to update the firmware right away to the latest v3.1.1-08? I suggest you to try to update the firmware in a ladderized manner. Update the firmware from v3.0.6-25 to v3.0.6-29 then from v3.0.6-29 to v3.0.7-27 and so on until you reach the latest v3.1.1-08. Be sure to perform a factory reset after successfully upgrading the firmware.
