Netgear WAX214 Email Alerts showing Configuration Changes near Daily

I just purchased a Netgear WAX214 wireless access point and have it setup to email me alerts. Since setting up the access point, I seem to get near daily emails stating that the configuration has changed, but I haven't changed the configuration since setting it up. I have logged into it, but not changed any config. Any ideas why it's saying the configuration has changed? See attached email for reference, MAC address redacted.
