    Aware these decent mobile devices are defulting to rndom MAC addresses (Apple misleadingly name this Private WiFi Adresses), and whatever is run as a DHCP server might struggle or fail to assign a correct LAN IP address? This is the much more likely reason why a deivces can't access any network,,,
