MR60 Anywhere Access on MR60 and iOS devices
Cannot connect on iPad and iPhone. Started about a month ago. Router is access point as other router is uses as a router. Getting attached error when connected to mail MR60 device.
Please try the Factory reset and setup from scratch using the NH app process I linked you to.
Be sure any MAC address randomizers are disabled during the setup with the NH app.

Be sure to disable any MAC address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
Both are disabled. Same issue. Error is “Wi-Fi not detected”
You sure your connected to the MR or MS?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What is the SSID name you gave on the MR during setup?
