Problems getting PoE between WFS709TP and WAGL102 running, although directly connected

Hi all,

I have a WFS709TP that manages a LAN and 6 WAGL102 Access Points. It would be nice to get rid of the power supplies at least at some of the WAGL102. My test setup is direct connection auf WAGL102 over 1m Ethernet cat5e into a Port at the WFS709TP.

I Enabled PoE at that port in the WFS.  But it seems the WAGL102 does not receive power.

I think some LED at the WAGL102 should be lit when the AP is up at least. But that does not happen.

The WFS also says the AP is down.

What should I consider or check? Should I check on something like the PoE-Mode?

Any help would make me happy

Best Regards,

Wolfgang

Was everything working fine before?  Kindly try to change the ethernet cable connecting the WAGL102 and WFS709TP then observe if the same problem will occur.
