That IP address was probably assigned by whatever device does act as a DHCP server for your network. Typically its the router.

Either try the aplogin.net again while connected to the newly configured SSID, permitting that SSID is connecting to the samr network, the same VLAN.

Or consult the DHCP server what IP address was dynamically assigned. If you expect the WAX610 to re-appear with the same IP address, set a MAC<>IP address reservation in place (naming or how-to depends on the DHCP server).
