You might get better help in the forum for that device.
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Business-Wireless/bd-p/business-wireless-for-business
a couple things.
1. photos have to be approved by a moderator. It can take a while
2. did you try different browsers?
3. you stated you bought it used. Did you factory reset it after getting it?
4. Did you try accessing it using the IP address?

Hi and thank you for your response,
@ Mods: Maybe someone is so kind and move this topic to the other forum?
2.
Yes, I tried Firefox and Vivaldi on my Laptop and the Android Standard Browser on my smartphone. Same issue.3.
You maybe misunderstood. I bought it new, but from a amazon seller and not directly from Netgear. But I often resetted it in order to fix my problem.
4.I tried "192.168.0.100" as well as "routerlogin.net". In both cases I was able to access the front page, got directed to Netgear, entered my data and confirmed, then it broke. When I enter the raw "routerlogin.net" URL in the browser again, I am on the front page again.
---------
I got access to the WAC124 a few moments ago.
Unplugged Ethernet and entered via local login. Changed to Access Point Mode. Accessed via the IP the WAC124 got allocated by my Speedport Router.
Same issue as before: Enter front Page -> Login -> Redirected to Netgear -> Submit my data -> Redirect back to AP -> broke (with same error messages in the browser).Well, I could reset it now, configure all via local login, set to access point, then plug ethernet in and just let it run on ... and as long as I don't need to change anything all will be fine. But that's not the solution I would like very much.
- Milhouse21386Aug 27, 2021InitiateI'm having the same issues. Bought 2 of these, brand new and neither of then can access routerlogin.net, routerlogin.com or the default gateway, get the same err_empty_response message. After an hour with tech support (where he had me try each of those sites just back to back 3 or 4 rounds) I'm giving up and returning these. Definitely not buying anything netgear in the future.
