    Most likely because the VLAN 2 and VLAN 3 (and a dedicated IP subnetwork) does not exist on your network, and does not have a DHCP server assigning IP addresses to your test clients.

     

    You could for example define more SSIDs and let these connect all to your same network (VLAN and IP subnet). As long as you map the SSID 2 and 3 to the VLAN 1, thee SSID will work for your test.
