Hi, We get a problem on our WC7500 controler and get a new one back by the warranty support. As you received the new one, we configure it with the old one IP address and tried to attached APs...

It seems that you are having issues with the license of your wireless controller. I suggest you open a ticket on NETGEAR Support and please let them know that you just received the replacement unit and want to transfer the license key. You may also use the previous ticket just in case it is still open.
