RMA telephone number for the UK
Does anyone know the number?
The Support / Contact Us will not provide a number.
BTW My WAP died after attempting a firmware upgrade to v3.6.9 you have been warned!

I have an RMA!
I used the UK support number - 0344 875 4000 and was put through the tech department.
We agreed that I had tried eveything to revive the 350 and an RMA was then duly issued.

Hi wpslo,
Once you are already on the NETGEAR support site, you may need to create a chat / case online first so that the contact number for your country will be provided and also please be ready with a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Invoice of the device for warranty verification. If ever the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.

I have a problem creating a chat / case online.
My registered products list does not show the WNDAP350 but when
I try to register it I get the reply that it is already registered.
That is as far as I can get.

Please use the same email address that you used on registering the device or if it still not going to work. Please try opening a case using this option "Get answers about NETGEAR products before I buy". We are just going to use this option in order for us to create a chat / case online but once you already have a support expert, please let them know the status of the WNDAP350.
