WAC 104
Hi, we have a large house and I find that the wifi upstairs at the opposite end to the incoming router is often weak. I have run an ethernet cable from my TT router into a switch / hub upstairs and now have a wired connection for a PC, a laptop and a network music player. However, I need the wifi to be strong up here as well and I believe what I need is a wireless access point and I have purchased the WAC104 and my intention is to have an ethernet cable from my switch into the WAC104 to extend the wifi. Is my logic sound? I am a pensioner, very much old school and not technical minded in any way? Many thanks, Mike

Sure sounds like it should work.
Just make sure to install it in access point mode (it has a router mode).
And when you set it up, put it on different wifi channels from the main router to prevent interference.
